1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Synergy Signings & Mobile Notary services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Synergy Signings & Mobile Notary provides professional mobile notary services, including but not limited to document notarization, loan signing services, apostille services, I-9 verification, and field inspection services. All services are performed by certified, commissioned notaries public in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide valid government-issued photo identification

  • Ensure all signers are present and willing participants

  • Provide complete and accurate documents for notarization

  • Pay agreed-upon fees for services rendered

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are based on the type of service, location, time of service, and number of documents. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Cancellation fees may apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Synergy Signings & Mobile Notary provides notarization services only. We do not provide legal advice and cannot advise on the content or legal effect of any document. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. All notaries carry Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance for your protection.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and documents. Information will only be disclosed when required by law or with explicit client consent.

7. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

8. Service Guarantee

We guarantee that all notarizations will be performed in compliance with applicable state and federal laws. If any errors occur due to our negligence, we will work to remedy the situation at no additional cost to the client.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with New Jersey law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
